For all of you who did not receive the message by other means, I send notice that Peter Helburn died on Tuesday, Feb 5. He had been failing considerably in the last few years, and felt that it was time to go.

   This will truly be the last publication of All Hands. I think that Peter knew that he had lived several successful lives, although he never stopped wanting to have just one more adventure. Hil last fantasy was of a black schooner that could magically sail up the White River. Those of you who have seen the White River know just how much of a fantasy that was.

   Now he is part of the fantasy, and I wish him fresh winds and fair tides.
